賴新龍
1964年出生於台灣屏東縣。
畢業於中國文化大學美術系。
大學畢業前，即獲得台北市立美術館所舉辦現代雕塑大展的首獎。
在蘇格蘭鄧肯喬登斯坦藝術學院修讀藝術創作，後獲英國鄧迪大學公共藝術與藝術創作碩士。
曾任大仁科技大學數位多媒體設計系系主任，現為悍圖社第七、八任社長。

曾受邀參加美國西雅圖馬頭雕塑節、北愛爾蘭貝爾法斯特藝術節，
並多次參與美國夏威夷大學MOMA美術館所舉辦的鞋盒袖珍雕塑展。
2001年為高雄市立美術館「光之雕塑藝術展」得獎人之一。
作品曾展出於中國北京、四川重慶、美國、英國、日本京都、名古屋、韓國首爾及台灣等地。

賴新龍為台灣公共藝術理論與創作的開路先鋒之一，
曾發表多篇現代雕塑與公共藝術之學術文章。
目前創作與生活於台灣。

LAI HSIN-LUNG
Born in 1964 in Pingtung County, Taiwan.
Lai Hsin-Lung graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at the Chinese Culture University.
While still a university student, he received the First Prize at the Modern Sculpture Exhibition organized by the Taipei Fine Arts Museum.
He later studied art creation at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Scotland,
and earned a Master’s degree in Public Art and Art Creation from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom.
From 2010 to 2012, he served as the Chair of the Department of Digital Multimedia Design at Tajen University.

Lai has been invited to participate in numerous international art events, including the Horse Head Sculpture Festival in Seattle, USA, and the Belfast Festival in Northern Ireland.
He was also a frequent participant in the Shoebox Sculpture Exhibition organized by the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA).
In 2001, Lai was among the award recipients of the Sculpture of Light exhibition at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts.
His works have been exhibited across the world, including in Beijing, Chongqing, and Sichuan (China); the United States; the United Kingdom; Japan (Kyoto and Nagoya); South Korea (Seoul); and Taiwan.

Regarded as one of the pioneers in the theory and practice of public art in Taiwan,
Lai has published numerous scholarly articles on modern sculpture and public art.
He currently lives and works in Taiwan.
